Apple iPod touch 32GB, $275

iPod touchApple's popular iPod touch portable media player extraordinaire is practically an iPhone without the phone. The latest-generation iPod touch packs dual cameras, a retina display, FaceTime for video chat, and a faster processor than earlier models. The 32GB touch usually costs around $300, but Target has it on sale through Fathers Day for $275, and shipping is free.

HP Officejet 4500 Multifunction Inkjet, $90

Officejet 4500Do you need a cheap inkjet multifunction printer? HP's Officejet 4500 could meet your needs. Our reviewer wasn't thrilled with the Officejet 4500, mainly because it's poky: In our tests its print, scan, and copy speeds were at the bottom of the pack. However, the all-in-one's print quality is good, and it's got wireless connectivity--and right now Newegg is selling the Officejet 4500 for only $90, with free shipping. For that low price, slow performance may not matter.

PCWorld Reviewers' Favorite Files: May 2011Our reviewers can't get enough of utilities. Geeky stuff like benchmarking, drive partitioning, memory testing. Must-haves like desktop organizers and security helpers. Microsoft Office improvements. But we like to have fun, too, so we couldn't resist some great media software, sci-fi themepacks, and designing our own cursors. These are just the highlights from the merry month of May.
