HP's dv7t laptop runs on the new Intel second-generation Core i56t4 CPU, comes with 64-bit Windows 7 Home Premium, and has a 17.3-inch display. When we reviewed the first dv7t, we deemed it "high-octane performance in an extremely shiny package." The Sony Alpha NEX-3 sold at $550 with a basic lens kit last year, but now the price has dropped. Dell Home has the NEX-3 on sale right now for only $440, and shipping is free.
